LOUDSPEAKERS

Small size, huge sound

KONZERTINA

The Konzertina is (leaving the DT1 aside) the smallest Philharmonic Speaker in production to date. The delicate front baffle and the cabinet depth of only 21 cm provide a compact and optically pleasing impression.

Despite its size, this little loudspeaker with its bass-reflex design is capable of remarkable faithfulness, clarity and three-dimensionality. Simply convincing!

Naturally designed for small rooms and low volume, the small-sized Konzertina will surprise you with its bass performance.

From a technical point of view the Konzertina offers superior quality air-motion-transformer tweeters combined with sturdy cabinets partly made of concrete .

The rear of the loudspeaker is made of a stainless steel plate with 24-karat gold-plated binding posts.

Philharmonic luxury loudspeaker

KONZERTINA Deluxe

The Konzertina Deluxe was designed to meet the very highest standards of design and value. The beech plywood fronts and backs have been replaced with plates of anodized aluminum, produced by one of the world's best manufacturers that usually supplies high-end photographic and medical equipment manufacturers. The main body of the Konzertina Deluxe enclosure is handcrafted from marble. The result is a loudspeaker with the character of a piece of jewelry.

But this is not all: The high frequency crossover has been upgraded with a Silver Gold capacitor from Mundorf, one of the most expensive and best capacitors available on the market.

The same is true for the binding posts: the WBT-0702.12 Signature Platin used are among the best available. Further differences to the Konzertina are the CCHPC principle (Closed cabinet with high-pass capacitor) as well as internal wiring with cables from Inakustik.

Conclusion: If you are looking for a compact speaker with a noble appearance and the finest sound, you will hardly find a better alternative to the Konzertina Deluxe.

Three-way clarity

CELESTA

The Celesta is a large three-way compact loudspeaker with a fine bass-reflex tuning. Due to the demands of wide frequency ranges in combination with high dynamics, three drivers are employed, each tailored for their given tasks. Like in sports: sprinter, middle-distance runner, long-distance runner. The three different drivers blend perfectly into a ‘dream team’, something that cannot be achieved without a highly sophisticated crossover network.

You would not be the first to get goose pimples from listening to the Celesta. With first-class recordings, one can barely distinguish music reproduction from live concerts when heard on the Celesta.

With a concrete enclosure up to 35 mm thick, it weighs in at a considerable 33 kg. The front baffle and rear panels are made from beech plywood. The drivers are mounted flush with the baffle. As with the Konzertina, the rear consists of a large stainless steel plate equipped with high quality gold-plated binding posts.

Dimensions:
Height x Width x Depth = 51 cm x 28 cm x 35 cm
Weight: 33,0 kg

Perfectionists´ choice

Angelica

Most music pieces go without extremely low frequencies. This is due to the fact that even a double bass or a contrabassoon cannot play notes in the subcontraoctave. Still, an organ or electronically generated sounds may produce frequencies as low as that. The Angelica has been designed to reproduce frequencies of 30 Hz and lower with high sound pressure. It takes advantage of the same first-rate driver units as the Celesta for the high range and midrange and is complemented by a 20 cm woofer with a sandwich membrane. Angelica is a tall floor-standing speaker with breathtaking sound at the lowest frequencies.
